Yud Tes Kislev Farbrengan
Yud Tes Kislev (19 Kislev) is the day of the liberation of the first Chabad Rebbe, Chassidic gathering of warmth and inspiration celebrating Rabbi Shneur Zalman of Liadi, release from Czarist Imprisonment in 1798. He was falsely accused of treason by enemies of his movement for teaching Torah and chassidic philosophy. His realease from prison was not only a personal vindication, but also strengthened the growth of the Chassidic movement.
